What happens after the Free Plan trial ends?
After the trial period of the Free Plan, you will retain 1GB of permanent storage for free.If you require additional storage or access to advanced features (such as creating multiple projects or using more customization options) you can upgrade to a Pro, Team, or Enterprise plan based on your needs.
What types of payment plans are available?
Evoto Instant offers three flexible payment options:
Annual Subscription Plan: Pay upfront for one year and enjoy discounted pricing, plus 50% off when purchasing additional storage.
Monthly Subscription Plan: Pay month by month for maximum flexibility in managing your subscription.
Pay-as-you-go (Storage or Credits): If you need more storage or Evoto Credits beyond what's included in your subscription, you can purchase them separately on a pay-as-you-go basis. This allows you to scale up only when needed, without changing your current plan.
Can I upgrade my subscription plan at any time?
Yes. When you upgrade your plan, the new plan takes effect immediately upon payment. All credits and storage from your previous plan will remain valid until their original expiration date. Your new billing cycle will start from the payment date of your upgraded plan.

Can I log in to the same account on multiple devices?
To ensure optimal performance and security for everyone, each Evoto Instant account is limited to two simultaneous active devices.
How does the Instant plan relate to my Evoto plan?
Evoto Instant and other Evoto products share the same storage and credits. This means that any storage or credits from your Instant subscription or pay-as-you-go plan can also be used across other Evoto products.
You can view all your active subscriptions and balances under My Account → My Billing and Usage.Note: While your storage and credits are shared, each subscription includes its own exclusive features and benefits, which apply only to that specific product.
